Late Christmas

As I said earlier, I was lucky enough to be scrolling Threedifferent's website on the Friday before Christmas. I was also lucky enough to take a peek at the "Summer" side, where they were just adding a load of Bogliolis (K-Jackets, Coats..) into the selection. They were all priced 59 Euros a piece.

As some of the jackets in sale (100% cashmere K-Jacket usually goes for about 1.5-2k Euros and even the Coats retail for about 500-900 Euros) retail at rather steep prices, there had to be a catch. And fair enough, it appeared like they were some kind of seconds or returned items, as most of them had a red sticker at a random place. Later on they also added a banner on their front page that the items had minor imperfections.

Anyway, I probably got to pick mine as one of the first persons, so I decided to take a risk and bought four jackets in colors I really liked, ones that seemed to have very small flaws.

So, I got these bad boys yesterday. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year delivered by the UPS guy. The flaw in the brown jacket cannot be seen at all, the ones in the brown and the sky blue one are something that every used jacket will have after a few wears and are basically invisible, and the "imperfection" in the beige one is something that I think a dry cleaning will fix. Basically, I just got four pretty insane jackets for a price of one discounted LBM 1911.

I especially like the brown and the green ones, and after shortening the sleeves all of these will make fantastic summer and mid-season jackets. The brown one is rather thick cotton so I might even use it during winter. Also, the fit is pretty good. It is actually better from the shoulders than a similar size LBM 1911, and the proportions are better for my body type.

They still have some sizes left, so you might want to check them out and see if you want to take a risk. I'm happy I did.

    1. Heh, thank you, but I doubt I'll ever sell it. Just had the shoulders and sleeves adjusted, so it's just waiting for the spring now. :)

    1. Hey there,

Do I understand that the sleeves already have the buttonholes and the buttons are simply not sewn into the sleeve yet?
